Women’s Black Velvet Hat, Flapper Style, Cloche, 1920’s 1930’s

This beautiful black velvet hat goes great with a lot of historical costumes. Black velvet with a wide back ribbon with 3 velvet buttons ion the front half of the hat. Made in a cloche style, its perfect for turn of the century costumes, flappers in the 1920’s, 1930’s and even in the 1960’s when there was a bit of a revival of the style.
